We are an italian company that produces Travertine stone covering for inside and outside: floor tiles and bathroom accessories (mosaics. Tiles, sinks, tubs, cladding).
We sell to builders, architects and furniture stores but also to the single customer.
The quarries of this great stone are located in the Italian region of Tuscany where PIETRA DI RAPOLANO STONE is quarried and turned into tiles and cut-to-size pieces.
Since 1996 our italo-american company is at disposal of clients to fullfill all their needs for exclusive and beautiful products.

Unfortunately, It is very rare that I encounter exceptional customer service in any way , shape or form in Italy. Being an Expat from New York living in Rome, this has been one of the hardest things to deal with. I seldom take the time to comment on such sites, but after my wonderful and easy experience with this company, I felt it was my duty to let you all know about my experience.
While searching online for a sink that I needed to get immediately for some work being done to my home before my son was to be born days later, I randomly found exactly what I wanted on the PIETRA DI RAPOLANO website. I had many questions about the measurements and materials and upon calling the offices, I was immediately pleased and pleasantly surprised that all of the people who helped not only spoke English… on top of it, they were incredibly friendly! I was shocked at the immediate attention they payed to my “small” inexpensive purchase. In order to give me a visual of what I was ordering and making me feel confident in ordering online, they went as far as sending me photos of the sink I wanted-as well as making a mock counter top to show me exactly what it would look like installed in the fashion in which I desired. (including the exact dimensions, and instructions on how I should install it.) I was completely shocked when I received a picture of my sink sealed in a box displaying that it was all ready to be picked up for delivery! I was provided tracking information and updates on the location of my package as it was being sent from Florence to Rome. As promised, my sink arrived within 2 days and it arrived just in time for my new baby boy to come home to!
I truly cannot speak highly enough of this business and the entire experience. In my 5 years of living abroad, I have not encountered such an easy time with anything. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. From start to finish, the professionalism and expertise of this company was most impressive and for all of those readers out there, I had to share.
